DESCRIPTION OF THE BUTTERFLIES PROGRAM
The Butterfly program aims to provide children with a play-based curriculum that emphasizes project-based learning and design-thinking philosophy. Through small group discussions and uninterrupted play in centers of their choice, children are encouraged to exchange their thoughts and engage in self-directed collaboration. The class layout, structure, and routine reflect a strength-based learning model, with the aim of preparing students to be effective lifelong learners rather than just preparing them for Kindergarten. The program is designed to help children develop their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills to prepare them for the next stage of their education. The Butterfly program recognizes that each child develops in their own way and at their own pace and provides opportunities for individualized learning and exploration.
